Bill Gallagher
Bill Gallagher is the founder and Executive Director of Friends to the Indigent.
He is a former assistant public defender with the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in Chicago. He graduated with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1987.
He has been in private practice since moving to Cincinnati in 1994 as part of the firm Arenstein and Gallagher. In addition to volunteering, teaching, and mentoring, Bill serves on the Hamilton County Public Defender Commission.

Friends is a 501(c)(3) charity. We assist those who provide representation to the indigent accused in their training and educational needs.
