Megan E. Mersch

Megan Mersch, Partner with the law firm Rendigs, Fry, Kiely & Dennis LLP, practices with the firm’s General Litigation Team, serving clients across Ohio and Kentucky in a variety of complex state and federal legal matters.

She is an appointee to the Federal Criminal Justice Act Panel in the Southern District of Ohio as well as the Eastern District of Kentucky and served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Kenton County, Kentucky for several years.

In addition to her criminal defense practice, Megan has extensive experience in employment litigation, workplace disputes and compliance, construction litigation, commercial law, and products liability defense.
